Jeff Salgado Oscar did a fantastic job of marketing my property for sale – having multiple open houses -I think there was an open house every weekend until the house sold -I highly recommend Oscar to anyone- he did a fantastic job and was always available for question & anything else we needed n n This is the second time my family has used Oscar as a realtor & we plan to use in the future n n Oscar is a very standup person- from the first time my family used Oscar -- after the house had closed there was a problem with the plumbing – it had been installed improperly – We felt this should've been on the previous owner – when they refused-- Oscar insisted on paying for the repair costs – most realtors would not do that -- he went way beyond the call of duty – and is a very standup man.
